Nice and safe location. Very convenient for shopping. Bathroom very comfortable and clean. Separate w.c. but no proper ventilation. Love the water pressure. Very comfortable bed with 100% goosedown pillows.

1. The Covid-19 health protocols were followed 2. The check in was a breeze. No frills 3. Superb View. They gave us a room facing the pool and the bay. perfect! 4. Excellent Service from all the staff. They are very attentive. 5. Surprisingly, the in-house Filipino merienda room service order was waaay better than expected. i assume since it was affordable, the serving size was small but it was a large serving and was really goooooood. 10/10 will order again when i book a room in Conrad 6. The pool area is clean and health protocols were followed. 7. I love love the C Lounge Superb! Again, i just feel safe with the Covid-19 health protocols in place and the security ensures all guests follows the health protocols. (i keep repeating this). it really was such a great experience. thank you Team Conrad Manila

I mean, it's Conrad; what's not to like? I stayed at Okada before returning to my favourite hotel "Conrad." The superior quality and standards will always be present and will not be compromised. The receptionists, in fact, the entire staff, are extremely friendly and accommodating! Their beef tapas are to die for in the executive lounge!

The hotel is a beautiful sparkling ship shaped building facing Manila Bay and walking distance to Mall of Asia and the bay walk. I paid extra for a superb bayview room with club access. The room was large and well furnished with luxury woods. As comfortable and pleasant as can be imagined. Bed superbly comfortable. Loved the electric blinds and curtain too. The club was on the same floor and so convenient. It served a decent breakfast in the morning - obviously smaller choice than if eaten in the restaurant but still good and very quiet and exclusive, overlooking Manila Bay. There were snacks at night with happy hour drinks. The staff were 10/10 for friendliness and efficiency, especially in the club.

Staff were really nice and accomodating. Starting fro. The airport pick-up to the check-out my staff experience is amazing! Love the express checkout! Great location to stay, especially if you are attending events near MOA. Cleanliness is spot on and hotel toiletries were good quality and I like how it was all eco-friendly. I love the bathroom.and closet space. Room size is good too so even if you have loads of baggages it is still spacious. Breakfast choices was really excellent. Would.love to stay again.

Located very near the airport with its own smallish but elegant shopping center on the ground floor (S Maison), this is truly a luxury property. Staff are first rate, the breakfast was excellent, the room large, very comfortable and with a nice partial bay view, and the facilities (including a great gym and nice pool) top notch. It's perhaps the top hotel in Metro Manila at the moment.

The hotel is next to MOA where Basketball World Cup took place. So was very convinient to go to games. Executive Lounge was great. Very helpful and friendly Exec Lounge Team, all of them… Same with Main Reception people. In fact, people quality and attitude in this hotel is far above country average.

There was no shortage of smiles and assistance from the staff (security up to the manager). They would go extra mile to make the guests comfortable. The breakfast was excellent; and even the lunch. They had a good variety of choices. Since I am fond of hot choco, I must commend the Batirol. That Tsokolate was superb! It would have been nicer if there was sticky rice that came with it (e.g. suman at mangga or puto pilit). The taho was equally satisfying!
